Payroll Manager is responsible for managing payroll processing operations. Establishes policies and processes that ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions. Being a Payroll Manager interfaces between finance and human resource departments to provide accurate and useful information. Develops and produces payroll-related statistical reports. Additionally, Payroll Manager ensures accurate and on-time governmental reporting and compliance. Oversees the activities and training of both professionals and support staff. Directs the resolution of complex issues or errors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Payroll Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Payroll Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. RuoloIl/la candidato/a ideale, riportando direttamente al Direttore Finanziario e, avvalendosi dopo un congruo periodo di una o più risorse, avrà la responsabilità dei seguenti task operativi:
Il candidato prescelto
* Sarà il responsabile del processo mensile di payroll, dal controllo presenza e verifica correttezza nell'elaborazione dei cedolini mensili;
* Redazione e supervisione sui report mensili circa i temi legati all'amministrazione del personale (Head Count, ingressi,cessati, malattie, ecc);
* Redazione e supervisione della reportistica necessaria per l'elaborazione delle buste paga (flussi welfare,bonus, presenze e assenze, eccetera);
* Adempimenti amministrativi (comunicazione enti, fondi di previdenza e fondi di assistenza sanitaria);
*Gestione delle attività amministrative del personale (assunzioni, dimissioni, cessazioni, proroghe, promozioni…) dalla stesura delle lettere al rapporto con consulente del lavoro;
* Gestione e supervisione delle pratiche di maternità, malattie e infortuni e altre pratiche HR;
* Monitoraggio degli adempimenti e delle scadenze relative alle posizioni dei lavoratori;
* Supporto al dipendente su temi giuslavoristici quali detrazioni, paghe, contrattualistica, TFR, fondi pensione, procedure e policy, lettura buste paga;
* Stesura e aggiornamento delle policy aziendali, software HR e novità normative;
* Interfaccia nella gestione del contenzioso.Formazione:
Cosa comprende l'offerta
* Laurea specialistica in materie giuridico-economiche o affini.Esperienza:
* Il/la candidato/a ideale ha un'esperienza maturata nell'ambito dell'amministrazione e gestione del personale, di almeno 8 anni.
* Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza della gestione dipendenti USA (Form 941, W-2/W-3, 1099, etc.);
* Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
* Ottima conoscenza del sistema Zucchetti Paghe & Presenze & HR WorkflowOttima opportunità di inserirsi in un contesto prestigioso e di respiro internazionale
