Summit Facility Solutions is a national janitorial services provider with offices in New York and New Jersey.

We are actively seeking to hire a payroll specialist.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong excel skills - who understands the fundamentals processing and the importance of the accuracy of data entry. The candidate will work side by side with our HR Director.

This position will be housed at our New Jersey location, at our Bell Works office in Holmdel, NJ

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping - Collecting of Timesheets and ensure proper compliance
• Management of Employee Timekeeping
• Weekly Consolidation and Processing of Payroll
• Processing of Wage Garnishment Orders
• Convert Employees to Direct Deposit

Misc HR Responsibilities

• Maintain Sexual Harrasment trainings
• Maintain employee timesheets in electronic form
• Ensure compliance with labor payroll regulations

Skills

• Outstanding knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• Additional HR training will be a plus
• Spanish speaking a PLUS
