Pay Rate: $27 to $30/HR
Duration: 12 months
Location: Plainfield, IN (Onsite)

Shift timing - 8 AM to 5 PM Central time

This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.

We are looking for an IT Support Technician.

• Provide daily onsite IT support at the Plainfield, IN - ADC Warehouse site.
• The qualified candidate will be responsible for daily (8 am-5 pm) IT support of PCs (Laptop and Desktop), basic network troubleshooting, and specific warehouse IT device support such as servers, phones, printers, handheld scanners, etc.
• The candidate will need to be physically able to walk around the large warehouse on a daily basis for spot checks/rounds and device troubleshooting.
• Ambient temperature and refrigerated environments are part of the support landscape.
• The candidate will need superior customer service skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of users with varying IT skill levels.
• We are looking for an entry-level candidate with 0-5 years of experience only.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
