Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist - PC Deployment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Performs preliminary troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware and associated software.
• Resolves customer issues where applicable and within position skill set.
• Escalates customer issue appropriately.
• Maintains professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customer base and internal/external teams.
• Unpacking, staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment to agency
• Imaging and installation of software onto devices

Required Skills:

• Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Experience troubleshooting basic desktop/laptop hardware/software issues.
• Experience provisioning equipment with MS SCCM.
