We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team here at Westside Habilitation Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing group homes, coordinating care plans, ensuring the well-being of residents and havea reporting relationship with Rapides Management Corporation. *Duties*
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and resident rights
- Manage and supervise nursing staff to provide high-quality care
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs.
- Coordinates in conjunction with Rapides Management Corporation the longe range fund raising activities of the facility
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize resident care
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably intemidiate long term care facility or NFA
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage staff and resources
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Experience with indiviuals with intellectual disabilities
- NFA License / Master's Degree preffered
- Bachelor's Degree - Human Services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
