We’re looking for a People Operations Manager who is passionate about the People Ops function including owning and administering systems, benefits, and global payroll. Reporting to our Global VP, People and Talent, the ideal candidate is process oriented with high attention to detail, a strong communicator, and passionate for delivering exceptional experiences for both internal and external partners. They should be self-starters who are always looking for ways to improve and be more efficient. They should be an independent, resourceful, trustworthy, and reliable person who loves order and organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own all areas of our People Operations function, including processes, policies and programs that touch all aspects of employee lifecycle management, benefits, payroll, compensation, and compliance
- Manage employee data and own People systems (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, ATS and more) as well as reporting, ensuring all information is accurate and secure
- Manage employee benefits and related broker relationships and negotiations, working with the rest of the People team to design and roll out first-rate, market competitive benefit offerings to all our employees
- Ensure all pay practices are market competitive, fair, and compliant in all jurisdictions by consistently researching best practices pertaining to employee compensation and managing our access and use of external tools such as Radford
- Provide project management and technical support across a variety of People Team initiatives, especially those of a systems and analytics nature, to help ensure People Team OKRs are completed on time and with a high level of operational excellence
- Oversee and administer leaves of absences, immigration, and relocation programs, ensuring a smooth and transparent process that aligns with company values
- Other duties as assigned
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5 years combined experience across HR Operations, Benefits/Total Rewards, HR Generalist and related areas
- Experience working within the People team of a globally diverse organization with multiple offices outside the US
- Strong project management and organizational skills required
- Strong data-driven approach to solving problems and building processes
- Analytical mindset and technical aptitude for implementing and administering various tools and systems
- Experience with mid-market HR tools such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, as well as MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) up and down the organization, from individuals and department leads to C-Suite

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package, including base salary, health benefits and equity. We ensure equal pay for equal work and value diversity and belonging. While compensation offers will ultimately be based on the candidate’s skills and experiences, the range you can expect for this position is $100,000 to $130,000.
Please note: Our employees value the connection, collaboration, and creativity sparked by working together in person. However, we also recognize and appreciate the freedom, flexibility, and focused work that comes with remote flexibility. This is why a hybrid schedule is a perfect balance of both. Our Louisville, CO office has a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, two days remote).
