Financial Operations Project Manager

  • Overview

    ·        Support the Business Operations and Enablement (BOE) for Planning and Manufacturing with data and financial analysis.

    ·        Provide operations/ project management services engaging high level managers and subject matter experts as well as provide data analysis for the project using excel.

    ·        Develop a controlled, repeatable process to monitor performance (e.g., performance against budgets, headcount, etc.).

    ·        Create tools that can ingest data and generate reports and charts/graphs for review.

    ·        Analyze the data to identify trends and understand drivers.

     

    Requirements

    ·        10 years Operations/Project Management

    ·        Experience working with stakeholders

    ·        Advanced Data Analysis using Excel, strong attention to detail

    ·        Fluency with excel (pivot tables, reports, etc); familiarity with Smartsheet; experience accessing data from enterprise systems such as SAP.

    ·        Strong communication skills

    ·        Ability to navigate ambiguity and variety of stakeholders

    ·        Strong political savvy required.
