  • About the Role: 

    As the People Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support our company's goals and objectives. You will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle post recruitment including onboarding, performance management, and total rewards.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in People Ops management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating a positive and highly engaged work environment. 

    What You’ll Do: 

    • Partner with the Head of People to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and promote employee engagement, retention, and productivity. 
    • Lead and oversee various HR projects, ensuring successful execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to project budgets. 
    • Oversee the employee onboarding process, iterating upon how we onboard new employees to continually improve the onboarding experience. 
    • Assess and Improve upon our current performance management process to continually drive a culture of feedback and ongoing employee engagement. 
    • Manage the performance management process including new hire 30/60/90-day reviews, semiannual feedback loops and performance improvement plans as needed. 
    • Stay current on HR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to HR policies and processes. 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to managers and employees. 

     What you bring to the table: 

    • 7 years experience in People Operations 
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative and effective solutions 
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
    • Experience in managing timelines in Monday.com or similar tool 
    • Experience implementing People Ops Software (i.e. Rippling or similar) 
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

    This position has a starting annual salary of $105,000.
