People Operations Manager jobs in Saint George, UT

WHO YOU ARE:
We're looking for full-time People Operations Specialist for our Retail E-Commerce Company. We operate an athleisure brand POP Fit Clothing and an underwear brand Cheek Boss. You will be responsible for Human Resource Admin duties for both our office and warehouse teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Handle full employment cycle from recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding through processing resignations and terminations and exit interviews.
• Serve as the point of contact and assist managers with employee relations issues including conflict resolutions, investigations, progressive discipline, and ensure company policies are being followed.
• Provide admin support by logging and handling all employee performance related paperwork including job changes, Performance Improvement Plans, terminations, and resignations.
• Assist with completing employee enrollments and benefits assistance.
• HR Compliance support: ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently and in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Update and format/create excel spreadsheets and Microsoft docs to be used Company wide.
• Maintain and monitor employee file upkeep.
• Track time off and leaves of absences such as FMLA, worker’s comp, etc.
• Process payroll
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and the ability to use good judgment and discretion with sensitive and confidential issues.
• Manage multiple issues/projects with initiative.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activations, company meetings, celebrations, etc.
• Complete other job-related duties and special admin projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of People Operations or HR experience.
• Project management or Asana experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Effective and clear communication both written and verbal.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
