Being a Percussion Instrument Repairers and Tuners may be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Requires 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Percussion Instrument Repairers and Tuners is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mechanical Engineer works closely with our multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, as well as project management team to design new products and maintain existing designs for our markets. Our products heat to 1100°C, cool to 4K (-270°C), while controlling from vacuum to pressures of up to 400 MPa (60Kpsig) and flows to 200LPM.
