Coordinates specific facility-wide innovation and performance improvement projects that are developed and administered in alignment with the facility's strategic goals. Promotes the facility's capacity to adopt innovative approaches to problem-solving and to sustain a high-performance improvement environment.
Community Health Partners
Education• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Management, Organizational Development or related field required• Master's Degree in Business, Health Care Management, Organizational Development or related field preferred
Experience• 1 year of prior experience with project management, research, and data analysis required
Licenses and Certifications• LSS - Lean Six Sigma preferred
