Account Executive - Performance Marketing

Bear Alley Marketing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our performance marketing team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing industry leading performance-based advertising campaigns for our clients, driving measurable results and ROI.

Responsibilities:

- Develop client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for our performance marketing customers

- Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with clients' business goals

- Create and execute highly targeted digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and display advertising

- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize results

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing solutions

- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance and discuss strategies

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- 3-5 years of sales experience in performance marketing or digital advertising

- Proven track record of managing successful performance-based campaigns

- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and performance metrics

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms

- Experience with CRM systems and project management software
