Personnel Records Clerk jobs in Saginaw, MI
Personnel Records Clerk performs clerical and administrative tasks to support HR operations and projects. Completes routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of employee data in HRIS systems. Being an Personnel Records Clerk assists with delivering core HR processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and program implementations, including benefits, compensation, and performance management. May administer other HR systems used for timekeeping, performance, and training management processes. Additionally, Personnel Records Clerk requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Personnel Records Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Medical Record Clerk
Medical Records Release of Information Clerk needed to do Copy & Release of Medical Records at our location in Bay City, MI. Good Data Entry Skills and Excellent Customer Service Skills Required. Prior experience working with Medical Records or in a Medical Office helpful, but not required for this position.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.THIS POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Screening and entering Mail
Verifying that release has proper authorization and follows HIPAA guidelines
Scanning/Copying of medical records
Assisting patients/ walk-ins
Answering phone calls
Invoicing and mailing records as requested
Verify the accuracy and quality of reproduced work and data entry prior to providing information to the requestor
Perform other duties as assigned.MUST BE COVID-19 VACCINATED AND HAVE RECEIVED THE FLU SHOT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
