We need a leader! We are looking for someone that has the licensing to be a certified pest control operator and the leadership skills to train, and lead a team of technicians. Responsibilities:
-Train new technicians
-Managing pest control products and maintaining state required records
- Conduct pest control inspections and identify infestation sources
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies
- Apply pesticides and other pest control treatments to eliminate pests
- Provide recommendations to customers on pest prevention and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Skills:
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate with customers and upsell services
- Knowledge of farming practices and experience working with farm machinery
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for pest control tasks
- Familiarity with lawn care and landscaping techniques
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive to different locations to perform pest control services
REQUIRED!
Applicant needs to have a OPERATORS license through the state of Florida. This means applicant has worked as a pest control technician for a minimum of 3 years and has taken the state test ($300) and passed. License should be current and active at time of application.
