Pharmacist Manager manages a group of pharmacists who, under the direction of a physician, compound and dispense prescribed drugs in a retail or healthcare facility environment. Oversees daily pharmacy operations. Being a Pharmacist Manager monitors and audits drug inventory, ensures compliance with all regulatory guidelines and reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a Pharm.D. Additionally, Pharmacist Manager requires Registered Pharmacist (RPh). Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Pharmacist Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.   • Summary of Job:

    The Customer Operations Specailist will leverage their knowledge and practical understanding of Payment/Invoice systems such as Chargify, Bill.com, and Salesforce CPQ/Billing as it relates to invoice generation, product configuration, payment reconciliation and improvement for a rapidly evolving SaaS organization.  This position will be based out of our Austin, TX office and is a hybrid role that will work 2 days per week in the Austin office.

    Description of Job Duties:

    • Maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records and reports
    • Processes payments via multiple channels such as Chargify, Salesforce and Bill.com
    • Handles communication both written and via telephone regarding payment and compensation
    • Matches the corresponding payment reports to participant records with all supporting documentation
    • Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of payments
    • Assists with monthly status reports, and monthly closings
    • Coding invoices, vouchers, expense reports, check requests, etc., with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into payment software
    • Work with customers that are late or defaulted on payments
    • Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills
    • Support deployment and post-implementation testing/validation of configuration changes and releases for new products within Salesforce/Chargify
    • Partner with business stakeholders and project managers to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve business needs
    • Focus on user experience, solving business issues and ensure data accuracy across the system
    • Perform month-end support duty
    • Other duties as assigned 

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 2 - 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
    • High degree of intellectual curiosity to expand knowledge base and put learning to action with the aim of impacting the top and bottom line of the business
    • Strong service and solutions oriented approach
    • Comfortable working with cross functional teams in Sales, Customer Success and Finance
    • Have ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Prior Salesforce experience highly preferred
    • Chargify or Bill.com experience preferred
