Responsible for the daily process associated with: medication storage, order review, medication admixing and dispensation. Counsels and educates patients, staff and ordering providers. Oversees the daily safety of the medication management process. advise physicians and other healthcare workers on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications to treat health problems. Participates in committee meetings.
