Job Title : Senior Project Manager

Location: 6565 Headquarters, Plano, TX 75024 – Onsite

Duration: 12 Months with a possibility of extension

Job description::

Client Information Security team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Project Manager.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide service delivery support to scrum teams and manage progress, status, risks, etc. against the roadmap.
• Prioritize the backlog and help in delivering the team’s commitments to the finish line while accurately reporting status.
• Be the liaison between the Scrum/ factory teams and primary stakeholders.
• Advise leadership of status, identifying risks/issues in a timely manner and highlighting relevant accomplishments.
• Help in remove impediments for the teams.
• It is critical that the Project Manager has the capability to work well with various teams as the liaison to provide efficient and accurate insights on services the delivery process, deliverables and help broker the communications between teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a similar related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including end-to-end experience for medium-to-large projects and programs.
• Experience in managing the planning, designing, implementation, and sustainment of project delivery programs.
• Capability to take complex security concepts and present the ideas (and benefits) to non-technical management in an impactful qualitative and quantitative way.
• Ability to work with numerous parallel projects, sometimes under restrictive timelines.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture.
• Clear effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, problem solve, and communicate effectively with both technical and business users, team player; works well with others.
• Agile Methodology certifications or relevant experience.
• PMP certifications or relevant experience.

Pay: $69.00 - $79.00 per hour
