We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and outgoing individuals to help build our growing business at Naples Zoo. This is an opportunity to immerse guests into exciting, interactive scenes and to capture moments for them in a creative manner around the park.

As a member of the Tastic Photo management team you will:

• Help recruit, train, develop, and maintain a staff that is driven towards accomplishing set guest service and sales goals
• Help build and maintain a positive and professional relationship within the account, anticipating their needs.
• Assist general manager in running day-to-day operations of a high volume tourist attraction providing guests with a fun and interactive experience
• Utilize an infectious positive attitude and top notch customer service skills
• Plan, assign, and direct tasks to a team, recognizing and rewarding hard work to promote a positive work environment
• Help manage and maintain appropriate levels of inventory
• Utilize effective communication skills with staff
• Reach and maintain competence in operating photographic equipment (No experience required)

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous supervisor or management experience
• Target driven, striving to hit set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Enthusiastic and outgoing attitude
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly to various situations
• Exemplary communication skills and the ability to engage with guests, staff, and the account.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
