What You Will Do:

• Perform miscellaneous punch activities and install all finishing items & hardware
• Execute a wide range of cleaning duties, including but not limited to cleaning up after their own work. The ideal candidate will take the initiative to maintain a clean workspace to the benefit of themselves, their crew members, and the project as a whole
• Assists in installing door hardware, appliances, blinds, outlet covers, cover plates, towel bars, toilet paper dispensers, entry door peep holes, etc.
• Execute all tasks as directed by site supervision in an efficient and timely manner
• Communicate effectively with crew members and site supervision
• Moving, stacking and organizing building materials and debris
• Assist in measuring, cutting, or shaping wood, plastic and other materials
• Execute touch up work including but limited to repairing drywall, fixing paint deficiencies, repairing door jambs & thresholds, etc.
• Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors and doorframes
• Inspect and replace damaged cabinets and fixtures
• Work with crew members to satisfy all daily site needs & entire team effort
• Reading safety/employment manuals and other work-related documents
• Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly facility
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned
• Perform a wide variety of tasks related to the ongoing project, as directed

What You Bring:

• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic reading skills
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task
• Willing and able to travel to multiple sites within Phoenix area as directed by site supervision
