Photo Finishing Technician jobs in Rochester, NH

Works in conjunction with other department supervisors and Finishing employees to ensure that all products meet Blue Dolphin’s quality standards, all orders are complete, and that all orders are packaged correctly. Approves and assists with the decoration, folding, packaging and paperwork of all completed orders. Assures finishing personnel is following daily schedule and maintaining expected output.

• Train and supervise Finishing personnel, giving feedback on performance.
• Ensure finishing personnel have, and adhere to, daily schedule.
• Monitor progress of each employee periodically throughout day, assist or adjust as necessary to complete schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform all duties expected of finishing personnel.
  • Verifies quantity to be packed from customer purchase order.
  • Apply various forms of vinyl and transfers to finished product.
  • Apply stitched labels and/or patches to product.
  • Apply pad printed neck labels to garments.
  • Apply UPC codes and/or hangtags to finished product.
  • Ensures quality of printed product prior to packing.
  • Obtain, sort, fold, bag, inspect and pack printed product.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
  • Printing production plus documents and proofs with work orders.
• Must be able to multi-task and learn new skills
• Be able to read and understand written work orders.
• Create standardized box labels, bar codes & packing slips.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Finishing Lead is responsible for overall direction, assistance and supervision of all finishing personnel.
