The role of the Print Finishing Operator entails performing various tasks within the bindery and laminating operations, operating equipment, producing quality handwork and packing of finished print materials.

Responsibilities:

1. Ability to read and follow work orders accurately.

2. Operate binder equipment with skill and precision.

3. Assess product quality during the production process.

4. Complete necessary production documentation.

5. Collaborate with team members in the product assembly area.

6. Stack and package finishing print materials safely and neatly.

7. Execute assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in basic mathematical operations.

2. Ability to comprehend and follow work instructions.

3. Competence in computer operation for label creation.

4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

5. Capability to transition between tasks smoothly.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

7. Demonstrated teamwork skills towards achieving company objectives.

8. Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.

9. Strong punctuality and attendance record.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Requirements:

- Capable of bending, kneeling, and standing/walking on cement floors.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, some overtime required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
