Overview

The Photographer is responsible for the styling and execution of powersports product photography to be used across digital marketing channels and printed catalogs.

Essential Functions

• Collaborates with the Photographer Assistant to photograph an average of 30 high quality powersports vehicle parts per day in a studio environment
• Balances individual productivity and execution while maintaining high standards for shooting images
• Understands and formulates technical solutions, including utilizing various camera settings, lighting, product composition, photography, and editing
• Works collaboratively with other stakeholders to create brand and product features for the website and catalog
• Works directly with the Digital Creative Director to photograph custom built motorcycles both in-studio and on-location, including scouting locations for photography
• Tracks and orders studio inventory supplies
• Maintains strict confidentiality
• Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned

Non-Essential Functions

• Attends NVP tradeshow and other company events as needed
• Video camera operation both in-studio and on-location as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associate’s degree in Photography
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience capturing images in a studio environment
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience editing images and performing retouching
• Strong creativity, critical thinking, detail oriented and organizational skills
• Expert knowledge of photography gear and lighting equipment, both portable for
• on-location shoots and stationery for in-studio shoots
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Valid Drivers’ License
• Good Driving Record
