Photographer uses photographic and video equipment to capture a subject, place, or event. Understands and adheres to photography/videography guidelines and standards. Being a Photographer has thorough knowledge and experience with concepts like composition, lighting, and balance. Helps sift through content to identify valuable photos or videos. Additionally, Photographer may stage subjects or areas for capture and may work directly with clients. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Photographer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Contract Photographer - Yakima (Real Estate)

  • We are a Phoenix-based real estate research firm with a contract available for individuals with photography experience and reliable transportation!

    Photographers should be located in or willing to travel around the Yakima area to take exterior property photographs of Multi-Family and Office properties. This contract position will begin in April and will last approximately 4-6 weeks.

    Interested applicants must have the following:

    • A digital camera or viable smartphone (with ability to capture JPG images)
    • High speed Internet for uploading photos
    • Reliable transportation (must have a valid license/insurance, or use public transit)
    • Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or a similar spreadsheet application for assignments

    Please be aware that this work is not intended for professional photographers, but some photo experience is recommended.

    Assignments on average can contain up to 20-30 properties and photographers are given one week to complete the assignment; however, each assignment generally requires 2 days of work. Approximately 10-15 photos of each property should be taken (from different angles) and uploaded unedited via Dropbox. Each property will take about 15 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only.

    Multi-Family and Office Base Pay starts at $15 per property.
