Photographic Processing Machine Operator/Tender selects, loads, and maintains film or cameras. Enlarges and reduces photos. Being a Photographic Processing Machine Operator/Tender develops and prints color, and black and white film. May be expected to maintain chemical balances in processing equipment. Additionally, Photographic Processing Machine Operator/Tender may require an associate's degree with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machinery or equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- A wide variety of duties including sweeping, deburring parts, and basic building maintenance including housekeeping.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
