About Out Patient at Home Physical Therapy LLC: Established in October 2019 by a frustrated mom wanting to work part-time, get paid what she is worth, and have the flexibility with family turned into a successful business. It was founded on autonomy, and clinical excellence. We are an outpatient mobile clinic that performs one-on-one patient focused care in the home, office or patient's gym. Our treatment has a hands-on-care focus with practical therapeutic exercise designed for each individual's needs. A full day consists of 5-6 patients, but you can write your own schedule. Front desk support is 8:30am-5pm. We see a variety of patients of all ages, but a good percentage are geriatric.
