Advises patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process. Mercer Home Health Care, a leading provider of skilled home healthcare service throughout Mercer County, is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will interact with the entire home care team and is responsible for patient oversight and direct patient care.
The ideal candidate must have a current NJ PT License; a minimum of 1 years home healthcare or equivalent experience, excellent clinical, communication and organizational skills. We will train the right candidate without home health care experience. Applicant will be covering Mercer County only.This position is per diem, therapist is paid as set amount per visit and the category of the visit completed. Biweekly bonus to be paid when patient visits exceed required point value. 25 PTO days to start, one additional each calendar year with a cap of 38.
