SUMMARY  

Practice as a Senior Physical Therapist within the scope of care defined in the Georgia Physical Therapy Act.  Plan, implement and evaluate PT intervention to in and outpatients upon consultation with a physician in order to promote the maximal functional efficiency of the patient.  Demonstrate advanced clinical competency in at least one area of practice and satisfactory level of competency in administration/ supervision.  Administer the delivery of service for specialty area.  Responsible for the treatment of all clients referred to the Physical Therapy Department at Grady and Crestview regardless of age, from neonate through geriatrics.


QUALIFICATIONS 

• Master's Degree from a Physical Therapy program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association and licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Georgia required.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience required.
• Prefer at least one year in a teaching hospital is preferred.
• American Heart Association CPR Certification required
