The Clinic Director Role
The Clinic Director’s primary function is to be the “CEO” of their specific clinic. In this role, they are responsible for the overall performance and management of their clinic, ensuring delivery of exceptional patient experience and high-quality care. The Clinic Director is the chief “culture officer” for their clinic, accountable for inspiring and empowering others to deliver “Wow” service to our clients. They are responsible for exemplifying our mission and values so that everyone is successful and engaged in their role. The Clinic Director works with our leadership and support team to lead the way and collaborate in finding or creating solutions to drive high patient care and operational/financial excellence.

Qualifications:
· Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
· Must hold current Physical Therapy license in Delaware and/or part of the PT compact program.
· Minimum of 2 years related experience as a physical therapist.
