Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive examines and treats disorders and diseases of the cardiovascular system. Diagnoses patients with the aid of diagnostic images and electrocardiograph recordings. Being a Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive only uses non-invasive procedures to help with diagnosis and treatment. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Additionally, Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Position Summary:

Performs diagnostic Ultrasound examinations for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician, along with: TEE, EEG, EKG's, Stress Tests, EECP, ICG and ambulatory monitoring. The technologist effectively operates ultrasound equipment to produce quality images in a variety of settings. The echo technologist explains procedures and answers questions for the patient and exhibits superior levels of customer service. The echo technologist adjusts equipment controls to set proper protocol based on knowledge of the procedure and established guidelines.
