Physician - Dermatology examines and diagnoses disorders and diseases of the human skin. Prescribes and administers patient medications. Being a Physician - Dermatology performs a variety of laboratory procedures, examines sample tissues, and uses various biological and chemical analyses to identify harmful organisms or pathological conditions. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Additionally, Physician - Dermatology requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Dermatology's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Dermatology (DERM)
- Start Date: ASAP if LA License in hand, but can License if need one.
- Length: 1 year, prefer ramping 2 days/week to full-time weekly. Will consider alternative schedules.
- Credentialing timeframe: None needed for 60 days of coverage, would like to credential with payers to continue use which takes 90-110 days.

- Setting: Outpatient
- Shift dates/times: M-f, 8-5. Open to provider preference
- Procedures and Cosmetic options:
- Cosmetic Botox - Botox or Dysport Treatment only
- Cosmetic Filler - Dermal filler Appointment only
- Cosmetic Botox Filler - A Botox/Dysport AND Dermal filler appointment
- Botox Filler Consultation - If you are NEW to Sanova Dermatology, please select this appointment type so that we can do an initial consultation.
- Laser Treatment/Body Contouring Consultation* - If you are looking for a skincare consultation or to inquire about services like chemical peels, microneedling, laser procedures, coolsculpting, etc., please utilize this appointment type.
- Aesthetic Consultant - Preliminary Consult - A preliminary discussion with our Aesthetic Consultant about your aesthetic goals and discuss cosmetic treatment options
- Special Skills/Certifications required: Must be BC or BE (recent)
