The physician provides endocrinology clinical care for the patients seen at Mon Health's clinic sites. To follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within the Internal Medicine and Endocrinology service lines. Collaborates and coordinated the individualized treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement: Graduate of an Accredited Medical School.
Minimum Experience Requirement: Supervision of staff preferred. Residency completed and one year of fellowship for endocrinology preferred.
Minimum License Requirement: Current West Virginia Licensure. Current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Board eligible required. Board Certified preferred. Fully credentialed through medical staff according to Endocrinology services.
