Physician - Gastroenterology jobs in New Bedford, MA

An established Gastroenterology practice in Fall River, MA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This is a full-time position. 8A – 4:30P alternating office weeks with hospital week with occasional weekend in exchange for days off during the week.

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Perform H&Ps, pre-visit documentations and various procedures
• Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
• Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
• Develop and implement patient management plans

Qualifications:

· Active Massachusetts License

· GI or Internal Medicine experience is preferred. New graduates with a GI background will be considered!

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
