Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

• Responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.
• Learn and execute full lifecycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, selecting, hiring, generating/extending offers.
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders while developing a good working knowledge of how these clients fulfill their function.
• Maintain, update, and track recruiting records in a timely manner utilizing ADP applicant tracking system.
• Execute onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies and internal procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities for HR procedures.
• Administer team member incentive and recognition programs.
• Assist with administrative tasks for the HR department.
• Support special projects, activities, and events.

Required Skills and Abilities

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 2-4 years of work experience in Human Resources, office management or similar roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as administrative skills with ability to multitask.
• Efficient with time management.
• Team player.

Beneficial Skills and Experience

• Meeting and/or Event coordination background.
• Familiarity with ADP HRIS system.

Education/Training/Certifications

• BA/BS in business, Human Resources or similar field, or Associates degree with multiple years of relevant experience.

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 5 %
• Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
