Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Position Responsibilities
The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:
- Responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.
- Learn and execute full lifecycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, selecting, hiring, generating/extending offers.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders while developing a good working knowledge of how these clients fulfill their function.
- Maintain, update, and track recruiting records in a timely manner utilizing ADP applicant tracking system.
- Execute onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies and internal procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities for HR procedures.
- Administer team member incentive and recognition programs.
- Assist with administrative tasks for the HR department.
- Support special projects, activities, and events.
Required Skills and Abilities
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 years of work experience in Human Resources, office management or similar roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organized with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as administrative skills with ability to multitask.
- Efficient with time management.
- Team player.
Beneficial Skills and Experience
- Meeting and/or Event coordination background.
- Familiarity with ADP HRIS system.
Education/Training/Certifications
- BA/BS in business, Human Resources or similar field, or Associates degree with multiple years of relevant experience.

Travel Requirements
- Approximately 5 %
- Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
