• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. Maintain accurate records of contacts, contracts, invoices, and expenses.
• Assist with meeting logistics, including room setup, agenda preparation, and distribution of materials.
• Take meeting minutes and distribute them to participants as required.
• Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
