Physician - Nephrology jobs in Chattanooga, TN

Position Summary: Responsible for coordinating multiple types of patients and/or visits.

1. Primary role requires contacting patient upon hospital discharge within 48 hours to schedule follow-up care at assigned dialysis clinic.

2. Additional duties include assisting with dialysis placements.

3. Position will be cross-trained to help coordinate scheduling new patient visits.

4. Must have a current Medical Assistant Certification.

5. Other duties as assigned.

6. Remote position. Must live in the surrounding area.
