Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Supervisor to join our team. The Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing a team of administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective office procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of office staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including making arrangements for travel and accommodations
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment
• Assisting the Clinical Supervisor with scheduling and ensuring all areas are covered.
• Understanding of billing operations, CPT and ICD-10 proficient.
• Knowledge of Medical Billing and EMR systems.

Requirements
1. Strong file management skills, including organizing both physical and digital files
2. Excellent team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing staff members
3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
4. Strong clerical skills, including data entry, record keeping, and document preparation
5. Professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients or customer

6. Knowledge of EMR and billing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
