Physician - Pediatric Cardiology detects and treats heart and blood vessel disease in infants, children, and teenagers. Conducts physical exams, which may include an X-ray, electrocardiogram, Doppler echocardiography, exercise testing, or blood tests. Being a Physician - Pediatric Cardiology detects abnormalities, plans treatment, and refers critical patients to a cardiac surgeon. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Additionally, Physician - Pediatric Cardiology requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Candidates must have completed doctoral training and clinical internship from APA-Accredited programs and have completed a 2-year neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship.
About the Job:- Provide neuropsychological services to children and adolescents from community-based referrals
- Assess and treat children with brain and central nervous system dysfunction
- Patients panel is a diverse range of medical, neurological, and neurodevelopmental disorders that impact thinking, learning, or socio-behavioral functioning

About You:- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Child Psychology from an APA-accredited program required
- Pre-doctoral internship in an APA-accredited program required
- Postdoctoral training in Neuropsychology
- Licensed or license-eligible in Rhode Island
