Our Primary Care Clinic is fully staffed and located within a comprehensive Multi-Specialty Integrated Clinic serving both the medical and behavioral health needs of children with complex needs.

BC/BE in Pediatrics and/or Internal Medicine preferred. Current Arizona license and DEA number. Med Peds preferred. We will consider a pediatrician with adult experience or family practice physician with strong pediatric experience.

SUMMARY
This position delivers primary or specialty care to new and established patients in accordance with the licensure and the highest standards of quality, integrity and compassion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Delivers healthcare in a professional manner that strives to meet or exceed those criteria set forth by NCQA, OSHA, CLIA, The Joint Commission, as well as the internal standards that seek continuous quality improvements.
Provides service to all new and established patients presenting to the practice who meet the standards for a positive physician-patient relationship.
Provides medical patient care by interviewing, examining and treating clinical patients.
Educates patients and families on wellness, prevention and early detection.
Provides referrals based on examination and patient needs.
Participates in quality improvement, management, continuing education and patient care programs.
Oversee the whole process of health care delivery for patients assigned to primary care
Maintains Medical Records for all services provided
Physician must comply with terms of all payor contracts and any other legal requirements concerning discrimination, access to care and the standard of care.
Physician will remain current with all licensure requirements, compliance training, to the facility Code of Conduct, and other regulations or imperatives both current and as yet undefined.
Works with Administration to achieve a practice style that meets physician preference, quality criteria and fiscal responsibility.
Physician and administration work collaboratively to manage costs and productivity.
Performs other physician-related duties as required and assigned

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine required
Internship and/or Residency required
