Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Phone Operator to join our team. As a Phone Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and have experience working in a Medical front desk or administrative role.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and address their inquiries or concerns
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain call logs
- Utilize phone systems and other office equipment effectively
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with callers
- Assist with dispatching requests or messages to the appropriate personnel
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a phone operator or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient typing skills and data entry experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual language skills (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Basic administrative skills
