Physician Practice Operations Director directs administrative and clinical services for one or more physician office sites. Establishes standards for the units and monitors the quality of patient care. I. Duty Statement: Your position will be: reporting directly to the CEO of the company. Your duties and responsibilities will be as designated by the company and its Executives; organizing and overseeing the daily operations of the company. To ensure that the business is well coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.
II. Regular Responsibilities of this Position:
a. Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
b. Regularly coordinate and promote the communication of all departments, deliver regular reports on the progress of department goals to the CEO;
c. Research, develop and reform Rainbow programs (e.g. ELARC-SLS-PA-HM) and create strategies, documentation, and staff training specific to the health of these programs’ successful implementation;
d. Create new programs or new business to expand the company;
e. Perform quarterly or semi-annual audits of Rainbow’s programs to ensure their continued adherence to changing legislation;
f. Liaise with supervisor to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
g. Research, develop and reform Rainbow’s Training Programs, ensure that these programs function in accordance with current legislation and best practices;
h. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress;
i. Research and develop new company policies as specifically directed by the CEO, consult on needed policy changes, and inform all departments of policy changes as they occur;
j. Assist the CEO with scheduling and organizing activities, meetings, and regular correspondence with clients, agencies, and etc;
k. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of the business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements;
l. Assist the CEO with any and all assigned projects as directed (e.g. marketing budgets, promotion of sales, strengthening referral resources, gathering information on industry changes, managing company growth, and etc.);
m. Ensures that the company runs with legality and conformity to establish regulations;
n. Manages relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors;
o. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability;
p. Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
III. Alterations to Your Duties/Responsibilities: Your responsibilities and duties can be expected to change over time, as needed or desired by the CEO.
