    The Opportunity

    This role has the unique opportunity to support the Heroes who actively serve the children and young people in our communities by improving their overall health and well-being.    

    You will be responsible for the following

    • Demonstrate the ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the children and the community we serve. 
    • Create, foster, and maintain relationships that promote high-quality patient care. 
    • Work with others to provide and understand vision and inspiration to peers by displaying passion and optimism 
    • Order and manage contact lenses, (trials, production, inventory, expired product) 
    • Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
    • Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook). 

    You will be required to possess the following: 

    • One-year previous experience in a Hero Vision Practice 
    • High School diploma or GED
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and EHR systems
    • Ability to tech, scribe, optical, cross care, and perform Assistant Manager tasks
    • Positive and outgoing demeanor and leadership experience with strong communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth.
    • Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry.
