We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Medical Assistant/Home Health Aide to assist a kind elderly gentleman in daily activities.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Help with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Stay in contact/send updates to other family members
Requirements:
- Experience in providing care for individuals in home care settings
- Ability to lift and move the individual safely and comfortably
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
Optimally, but not required:
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program
