Under the supervision of the Practice Administrator, the Clinic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the physician practice utilizing the policies and procedures set forth by Affinity Physician Services, LLC. Ensures that the check-in and check-out and patient flow is carried out efficiently. Answers questions about the facility's policies and services. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
