Physician Residency Coordinator oversees the administration and scheduling of the physician residency program of a healthcare organization. Coordinates and facilitates the activities of the physician residents and provides the resources necessary to fulfill curriculum requirements. Being a Physician Residency Coordinator ensures physician activities comply with governing bodies such as the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or other applicable regulations. Supports the recruitment and selection process of resident physicians. Additionally, Physician Residency Coordinator administers and maintains a system or database to manage schedules and physician performance metrics. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Physician Residency Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. We're looking for someone to join our team as a RN, Residency Program Coordinator who:
Plans, implements, manages and evaluates the Nurse Residency Program. Assesses, develops, implements, facilitates and evaluates the residency educational and development programs. Integrates the program into existing institutional strategies for nurse graduate recruitment and retention. Implements and oversees an evidence based curriculum that focuses on patient outcomes, leadership in the management of patient care, and the professional role of the nurse. Coordinates small program(s) with limited budget/impact.
