POSITION SUMMARY: The Nurse Residency Regional Site Coordinator is accountable for the education and facility orientation for new graduate nurses of the transition to practice program. The position is responsible for ensuring the transition to practice program is consistently operationalized at all facility sites within the assigned region. The coordinator assists in developing transition to practice content to meet the clinical and nursing strategic goals. Additionally, the position develops productive and collegial relationships with the interprofessional team across the ministry. .
