Physician - Sports Medicine jobs in Arkansas

Part-time front office position for a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic located in Fayetteville, AR. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling patients, working with insurance carriers to verify benefits, posting charges, processing incoming referrals, effectively communicating with referral sources/doctors' offices, and collecting payments. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, be able to effectively multi-task, be highly adaptable, and be dedicated to helping our patients. Medical office experience is required. Trinity Rehab is a company dedicated to our patients' recovery and well being. Candidates must be able to move efficiently from one task to the next while keeping a positive attitude and always putting the patient and their needs first.

Normal Business hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30-6:00, Friday 7:30-4:30

**Working hours for this position may vary from day to day, but will typically be:

2p-6p Mon-Thursday (4 hrs) and 730a-430p Friday (8 hrs) (24 hours/wk)

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

Administrative abilities to include communication, typing, computer knowledge, telephone skills, working knowledge of electronic medical records software, ability to multi-task. All candidates will be expected to maintain and demonstrate professional, courteous behavior with all colleagues and patients.

EDUCATION

Preferred high school education or GED, some college desired

EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years previous office experience in the Medical Professions Required
