An established Urology practice in Eugene, OR is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Candidates will work full-time (Monday-Friday schedule).
Responsibilities:
· 90% clinic, 10% hospital rounding/call
· This position will focus on female urology/pelvic reconstruction
· Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
· Perform hospital rounds
· Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
· Develop and implement patient management plans
Qualifications:
· Active OR State License or ability to obtain one
· 1 years of experience in urology preferred. New graduates with ties to the area or a specific interested in urology will be considered
· Ability to build rapport with patients
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
