Job Purpose or Summary:
The Pipefitter is responsible for fitting, welding, grinding, and polishing work as assigned by the Shop Leads or Production Manager. They are to adhere to all KPGNA quality policies, work instructions and safety policies. Engagement in Continuous Improvement and Lean Initiatives is also required. The Pipefitter works through a detailed job Skills Matrix, providing advancement, accountability, and personal growth.

Education: Advanced education or welding certification preferred.
Experience/Training: 3 years of experience with GTAW and GMAW welding processes. Experience in pipefitting and stainless-steel manufacturing in an AWS or ASME environment.
