Pipeline Operations Manager manages overall operations of crude oil and/or natural gas pipelines. Ensures safe and efficient operations of the pipeline system. Being a Pipeline Operations Manager serves as a company representative on regulatory and environmental issues. Looks for opportunities to expand the pipeline system. Additionally, Pipeline Operations Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The Pipeline Operations Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. - Provide Project Management and evaluation of facilities to ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
- Provide material research and evaluation of products and equipment to maintain the nursing facilities.
- Utilize appropriate resources to maintain buildings and fixtures consistent with industry standards and best practices.
- Review facility blueprints to coordinate and direct activities of workers engaged in facility maintenance and repairs.
- Visit nursing facilities on a regular basis for inspection, feedback, and services to correct deficiencies.

Qualifications:- Must have extensive knowledge of national fire safety, life safety, OSHA, building, electrical, and plumbing and HVAC codes and standards.
- Knowledge of IL regulations/facility codes as they relate to the senior care industry.
- Must have a clean driving record and IL driver's license
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must work as a member of the team effectively, efficiently, and professionally
