Description: STV currently has an open position for a Scheduler to join our Project Controls department as a part of our Centers of Excellence division. The role will be located at our New York City, NY office. Duties and Responsibilities: Strong Primavera P6 skills, including cost and resource loading. Experience in the development of logical sequencing of the work, contract durations, and phasing. Experience in the review and analysis of claims, time extensions, and impact on costs. Experience in new and renovation type construction. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in architecture, construction management, engineering, environmental services, or related coursework. Minimum of three years of experience in the scheduling of construction projects, new rehabs, and additions. A satisfactory combination of education and experience. Additional Desired Experience: Experience with Earned Value Management. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Certifications from AACE International. Experience building construction schedules for general contractors. Experience working on design-build projects.
